Payment

We collect a deposit from all travelers before confirming their booking. The deposit is half of the tour price. The remainder needs to be paid before the departure date. To make a deposit or final payment, see our payment details.

Seasonality

The best time to travel is from October to April. From November to February it is necessary to take winter clothes and a good sleeping bag because the nights can be very cold, even if the temperatures during the day are quite hot.

Money

The currency of Mauritania is the ouguiya. However, the most accepted currency is the euro. As it is very difficult to change money from cards or bank checks, we recommend bringing cash.

Each person should carry their basic bandage strips, disinfectants, antibiotics, anti-diuretics, laxatives, sunscreen etc.
