Gambia’s Capital
Banjul is a coast city on the river delta of the River Gambie. Gambia is completely surrounded by Senegal except for its Atlantic coastline, which is also the river delta. Banjul is known for its beaches and nearby crocodiles. Many travelers honeymoon to the south of Gambia in the Senegal region known as Casamance. Travelers enjoy relaxing in this area, and it’s recommended as a stop for anyone passing through Gambia as well.
